I attended an Emmy event this past weekend, and I had the most fascinating conversations. I spoke with the media regarding the importance of personal growth in the Entertainment Industry, I also outlined my ABC framework, Awareness- Beliefs- Change. I spoke with many actors, one in particular was this beautiful young girl whose appeared in several TV shows.

She has so much life in front of her, and her comment to me was - "I am in my 20's so likely ageing out of a lot of roles and how the industry has seen me. Im not sure how I can continue to land good shows".

She was so defeated, It was the last thing I thought would come this girl that just walked the red carpet. I told her, that is one massive limited belief that you need to flip the script on, her response- I didn't think about it as a limiting belief I just thought it was true, and she had a whole realization in that moment that she could change her perspective and not be imprisoned to what her thoughts were telling her.

The game of life is completelty internal. Its your mindset that creates your framework that creates your paradigm- whether you are an actress, a CEO, or delivery driver.
