Over the last 20 years, my work has lived at the intersection of purpose, identity, nervous system science, leadership behavior, and executive presence. I trained in transformational methodologies, applied neuroscience, behavioral psychology, and purpose-based development while simultaneously pressure-testing everything in real organizations with real stakes.
